Arrival, walk-around, and setup

Your technician arrives, greets you briefly, confirms the services to be performed, and conducts a walk-around of the vehicle noting any pre-existing conditions. All visits are recorded for transparency and your protection.

Answers before you book

You do not need to be present, but we do need access to your vehicle. If you will not be home, let us know in advance so we can coordinate key access. For safety and documentation purposes, all visits are recorded from start to finish.
Very little. Park your vehicle on a flat, accessible surface — a driveway or level parking area works perfectly. Make sure there is enough room on at least one side of the vehicle for our technician to work comfortably. That is all we need.
Most appointments are completed in 45 to 75 minutes depending on the services selected. The Essential Maintenance package typically runs 45 to 55 minutes. Add-on services such as filter replacements or headlight restoration add time and will be reflected in your booking confirmation before you confirm.
Your card is stored securely at booking and charged only after the service is marked complete — never before. You will receive a receipt and your full inspection report at the same time payment is processed.
We completely understand that schedules change. We simply ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your time slot to another customer and adjust our materials orders accordingly. There is no cancellation fee — just let us know as early as you can and we will get you rescheduled at a time that works better.
